Insights and key takeaways from the world’s largest Carrier SDN event
As CSPs face the need to support dramatic increases in network load and stringent customer requirements all while dealing with new competitive threats, Carrier SDN and NFV is positioned as the key to managing these seemingly competing agendas. At the same time, as fast as carrier SDN burst on the scene, carriers are beginning to reassess the pace in which carrier grade SDN solution development is taking place.
The SDN & OpenFlow World Congress has emerged as the market’s premier event in which both carries and solution suppliers come together not only to weigh in on the state of the market, but also to talk about “what comes next†in the progression from physical to virtual network architectures.
Current Analysis is chairing several key tracks on Open Source Innovations, NFV development, Transport network requirements and Enterprise network developments at this year’s event, and will be sharing its insights and key takeaways. The first in our series of webinars on the event will focus on Carrier network takeaways from the event in a round-table format featuring:
Jason Marcheck – Service Director, Service Provider Infrastructure (OpenFlow Innovations Track)
David Snow – Principal Analyst, IP Services Infrastructure (NFV Forum Track)
Rick Talbot – Principal Analyst, Optical Infrastructure (Transport Networks Track)
Whether you’ll be in Dusseldorf or not, make plans to join us for an information packed session on one of the most meaningful events of the year.
