Dimitris Agrafiotis, PhD, FRSC, is the Chief Data Officer and Head of Technology Products at Covance. Previously he spent 10 years at Johnson & Johnson as VP of Informatics and Research IT, another 10 years at 3-Dimensional Pharmaceuticals as a founding member of its scientific staff until its acquisition by J&J, and 3 years at Parke-Davis / Pfizer. Dr. Agrafiotis obtained his PhD in Theoretical Chemistry from Imperial College London, and help postdoctoral fellowships at UC Berkeley and Harvard, where he worked with Nobel laureate EJ Corey. His work is documented in more than 90 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and 18 issued US patents. In 2012 he was elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry for his contributions to chemical and pharmaceutical research, and in 2016 he was named in Computerworld’s Premier 100 Technology Leaders for his technology leadership and innovative approaches to business challenges.

Kimberly is the Head of Digital Clinical Trials at GlaxoSmithKline and manages a group focused on leveraging digital solutions and data for competitive advantage.
Her early career and true education was at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where she held multiple positions of increasing responsibility at a wide variety of clients. Upon leaving Cap Gemini, she spent time developing a business analysis practice at ESPN which led to subject matter expertise she used to educate Fortune 500 companies in the discipline for several years.
Kimberly took on roles of increasing leadership in Clinical Development Quality, Global Clinical Trial Execution, Business Operations, and Development Analytics at Pfizer prior to moving to GSK in May of 2017. Kimberly is passionate about providing leadership and partnering to move organizations forward.
Kimberly graduated from the RLF program in 2010, and subsequently held a leadership position on the Board for the Central Connecticut Chapter from 2014-2016. She is now on the advisory board for the SIM Women event which will be held September 28, 2018 in Chicago.
Kimberly has her BSBA in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University, and her Masters of Science in Information and Knowledge Strategies from Columbia University.
