Chris Dieringer,

Sr. Director, Industry Solutions at Microsoft – Retail & CPG

Chris is currently leading the US Retail and CPG Industry practice focused on following current and future trends in the industry and helping customers realize those within their digital transformation. He has experienced time with sub segments including Consumer Electronics, Grocery, Home Improvement, Fashion / Apparel, Department Store and CPG companies. Functions include: Marketing, HR, Tax, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Operations, Strategic Planning with technologies in business intelligence, data warehouse, application development, ERP deployments, CRM installations and Cognitive Services delivery. Advisor Board positions with Retail Tomorrow, Marketing Leadership Exchange, National Association of Convenience Stores and Consumer Brands of America.

Mayank Ranjan,

Regional Head – CPG & Retail Infosys Limited

Mayank has been in the industry for over 25 years and with Infosys for 20 of those. He is part of the CPG & Retail business unit since its inception. Mayank is the Regional Head responsible for Infosys CPG & Retail business for clients headquartered in the mid-west region. In his 21 years with Infosys, he has been part of the entire software value chain. His strength lies in establishing and developing strategic client relationships, building and leading high performance teams to deliver value to our clients.
Mayank leads our relationship with key global CPG and retail clients, supporting them in their transformation journeys. Mayank has been closely involved in establishing the Digital transformation practice at Infosys. With his industry experience, he has helped shape and execute the digital transformation for several of our clients.

Amitabh Mudaliar,

Regional Head – CPG, Retail and Logistics – Americas, Infosys Limited

Amitabh has more than 24+ years of IT and Business process transformation experience with Retail and CPG clients. In this role, he leads client services for CPG, Retail, Rail and Logistics clients in the Eastern region. He has also managed and led large teams implementing transformation programs that involved ERP and custom application software. He also leads the focus for the unit on supply chain Solutions that include leveraging Cognitive solutions to help transform client supply chains. He is recognized as a thought leader and has helped enterprises develop long term strategic business and IT road maps.
