Exploring XRD, XRF, FTIR techniques
Almost all modern industrial materials and products depend on mining. With the ever-increasing demand for high-grade mineral sources, there is a need for improved productivity and value addition while meeting the environmental standards and quality. This demand calls for efficient analytical techniques to help the mining operations and their laboratories so that faster decisions can be taken, and value-added products can be processed with safe and easy operations and minimal service requirements.
In this webinar, we will discuss:
• Mineralogy analysis
• Phase composition
• Occupational health safety (silica on dust analysis)
• Process Improvement
• Elemental analysis techniques
We will also be discussing the importance of X-ray fluorescence as a well-established elemental analysis technique for geological materials, how X-ray diffraction adds value by determining the mineralogy and phase composition and utilisation of FTIR spectroscopy for routine data analysis.
Register now and join us to learn about the current advancements and considerations in setting your mining laboratories.
